Will I receive a copy of the meaning of my stone with my order?
Yes. We include a customized tag complete with a short description on the meaning of your new piece.
How long does it take to receive my Charged Order?
We typically ship all orders within 2 business days (often times even the same day!). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail with information to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
What are my shipping options and charges?
We offer shipments through UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS). You may select your shipping method at time of check out. We ship Worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see your shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Los Angeles, California Studio.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Charged purchase, please contact us within 14 days so we can issue you an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Charged Jewelry is based in Los Angeles, California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax onto your total order
What is your jewelry made of?
Charged Jewelry is comprised of genuine semi-precious gemstones and gold or silver plated metals including brass, zinc, steel and more. Please note that our Turquoise stones are man made turquoise. All of our jewelry is Nickel Free & Lead Free. Our earring posts are made with Surgical Steel for sensitive ears.
Are all of the pieces in The Sedona Collective really taken to a Sedona Vortex to be Charged?
100% Yes! We take all of our gemstones with us in a large batch every few months to Sedona, AZ to charge them with the earth's natural energy. Follow our expeditions on social media @shopcharged and watch your future bracelet get charged.
WHAT DOES "CHARGED" REALLY MEAN?
We named our company Charged to reference the natural energy found within the earth and especially within Crystals. The word "Charged" does not refer to being electromagnetic or reiki. Please note that all metaphysical or healing properties listed are collected from various sources. This information is offered as a service and not meant to treat medical conditions. The genuine semi-precious gemstones used in each of our products have been researched and are believed to hold certain capabilities. While we cannot guarantee these gemstones will change that specific aspect of your life, we whole-heartedly believe that you get back what you put out into the universe. Each piece is a constant reminder of that aspect of your life that you wish to "charge" and we believe that with natural positive energy all focused on that cause, you will see great results.
